MISSON
The Planning, Training and research section exists
to enable excellent strategic management and planning of all Administration
police matters
OBJECTIVE
To enhance capacity through effective planning
and research within Administration police service.
FUNCTIONS
The following are the core functions of the Planning,
Training and Research Unit.
- Monitoring of the department’s strategic plan implementation.
- Preparation of the department’s performance contracts.
- Co-ordination of all Administration Police capacity building.
- Systemic research within the department.
- Preparation of the departmental work plan.
- Co-ordination of Administration Police Aids Control Units (ACU)
activities.
